Delivery Policy.

Free delivery on all orders over £75. All orders under £75 subject to a delivery charge. Any orders placed before 1pm will receive the goods the next working day. All orders placed after 1pm will recieve the goods within 2 working days.

Returns Policy.

Halstead Packaging Supplies will not accept returns unless prior authorisation has been approved and a returns number has been issued. To obtain authorisation for returns contact Customer Support on 0845 3277753. The returns number must be clearly identified on the delivery note when the goods are returned. Goods must be returned to Halstead Packaging Supplies in their original condition along with a relevant delivery note and returns number in order for the customer to be eligible for a refund. The customer must bear all costs of returning the goods to Halstead Packaging Supplies.
